Maison Kühne has its origins in The Hague. From 1842 to 1973, Maison Kühne was a leading fashion house at Plaats 26. More than fifty years later, we are reviving the house with the same love for quality and craftsmanship, but with a contemporary vision.
For us, quality also means making conscious choices. We work with high-quality materials and consider their origin and the way in which they are produced. Our merino wool is RWS (Responsible Wool Standard) certified and our certified textile production complies with the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard).
In this way, we combine the history of Maison Kühne with a modern vision of clothing: sustainable, premium, and made to last.

Our collections are produced entirely in Italy, in specialized studios in the Lazio region. A region with a long tradition of textiles and craftsmanship, where knowledge of materials and garment making is passed down from generation to generation.
We collaborate with a family business where traditional craftsmanship and modern production techniques come together. From the first thread to the final finish, attention is paid to fit, structure, and detail.
For our knitwear, we work with materials including high-quality merino wool, a natural fiber known for its soft feel, temperature-regulating properties, and durability.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unworn and unused, with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging. For orders within the EU, the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days also applies.
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. You can find current shipping information and any delivery times during checkout. Orders over €50 currently ship for free.
Although Maison Kühne has its origins in The Hague, our clothing is entirely manufactured in Italy. We work with a renowned family-run workshop in the Latina region, south of Rome. In this way, we combine Dutch heritage with Italian craftsmanship.
